She walks in beauty, like the night Of cloudless climes and starry skies; And all that's best of dark and bright Meet in her aspect and her eyes: Thus mellow'd to that tender light Which heaven to gaudy day denies.

Ok kids, lets talk about a little subject that has been presented to me recently. Its called freedom of speach.

The first Amendment protects all of us Americans from the government or any other person from muteing our views on society, the world, heck, even our own government. Our entire nation was built on the foundations of free speach. The British said "God save the queen" the settlers said "whats in it for us?".

Today, freedom of speach is still being questioned. Artists (such as myself) have been critisiced on the content of their art as being pornographic or lude and distastefull. Radio talk show host, Howard Stern has had the FCC after his blood since the first day he went off and spoke his mind on radio. Eminem, Meatloaf, Marylin Manson, and various other music artists have been criticised because of lude or vulgar language in their lyrics (some have been even called the devil). Texas chainsaw massacar, Harry Potter, Ulysses, Elvis, Hitchcock, and South Park have all been attacked by cencorship laws and angry parents who vote for the politicians who help pass them.

In the end these so called "lude" and "obsene" blemishes on the fragile skin of America in fact are what make our nation so diverse and unique. Not to mention the most vulgar and satanic of these "blemishes" are what bring/braught in the money and the fans. Thus revealing one of the many human traits of curiosity passed down to us by our neanderthol ancestors.

In conclusion one should never shun something away because it contains opposing views. To truly understand something you should go twards it with an open mind, viewing all aspects and reasoning for its purpose. If you still do not like its message you can turn away, change the channel, press the mute button, and go on with life.
